Abstract

The conditions of informality and precariousness in art work are not the result of chance, but have their origin in the fact that this work was previously feminized, and from there, hidden and undervalued. This essay focuses on the body as a tool for acting work. The artist's body, which also constitutes a storage device for her symbolic capital. How his work is only possible from the capabilities of that body. And how the artist, not having enough resources for production and creative processes, is forced to find various forms of jobs.
